01 / Why it exists

Most businesses aren't missing software.

They have it. They pay for it every month. What's missing is the connection between the individual tools, the one nobody has sat down to build, because it was never urgent enough.

The enquiry lands in the inbox, someone reads it and retypes it into another program. The quote gets written by hand every time, even though the prices have been sitting in one file for ages. IMPORTANT The system doesn't decide for you on the things it isn't sure about. Anything outside the rules: an unusual order, an angry customer, an amount above a set threshold, stops and reaches you. In practice that's a few percent of cases, but they're exactly the ones that shouldn't be automated blindly.

Which tools do you work with?

Over 400: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Excel, Slack, Notion, Stripe, Shopify, Viber, WhatsApp, and most Bulgarian accounting and inventory tools that can export data. If a tool has a connection interface, we connect it. If it doesn't, we work with the files it exports.

Who actually builds it, and who supports it afterwards?

The person you speak to on the call is the person who designs and builds the system. Support, changes and fixes are part of the job, you don't need to deal with the technical side.
