Privacy policy
In force from 7 September 2026.
This page explains what personal data we collect through the optinovus.net site, why we collect it, who we pass it to and what rights you have. It is written to be read, not to confuse you.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Behchet Alaran, trading as Optinovus, based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
For any question about this policy or to exercise your rights, write to team@optinovus.net or call +359 88 999 1713. We reply within one month, usually far sooner.
What data we collect
We collect only what you fill in yourself in one of the forms on the site. We do not buy data and we do not gather it from elsewhere.
- Free audit form: name, phone, email, preferred time for the call and, if you choose to write it, a short description of the business and of what eats your time.
- Website request form: name of the property, type of property, town or village, your name, phone, email, a link to a page or listing of yours, and a note if you wrote one. Only the phone number is required.
- The chat assistant on the site: the text of the messages you write to it, and a technical session identifier that does not point to you personally.
We use no tracking cookies, show no adverts and have included no third-party advertising or profiling scripts. That is why there is no cookie pop-up on the site.
Why we process it and on what basis
- To reply to you and prepare a quote. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
- To stay in touch about work already under way. The basis is performance of the contract, the same article.
- To keep a short record of who contacted us and when, so that enquiries are not lost. The basis is our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f).
We do not send newsletters and do not add you to an advertising list. If we ever decide to, we will ask for separate consent.
Who else sees it
Your data is not sold and is not provided to third parties for their own purposes. Access to it as processors is held only by the providers the site runs on:
- Vercel, the company that hosts the site and runs the forms.
- Telegram, through which we get a notification that a new enquiry has arrived.
- Our own server, rented in Germany, where enquiries are recorded so that none are lost.
- A language model provider, which processes the messages to the chat assistant in order to compose the reply.
Some of these providers are established outside the European Union. In those cases the transfer is made on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that did not lead to work: up to 12 months, after which they are deleted.
- Data of clients we work with: for the duration of the work and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
- Conversations with the chat assistant: up to 30 days.
What rights you have
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to request:
- access to the data we hold about you, and a copy of it;
- correction, if something has been recorded wrongly;
- erasure of your data;
- restriction of processing;
- portability, that is, your data in a machine-readable form;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
For any of these it is enough to write to us at team@optinovus.net. We ask for no documents unless we need to be sure it is you.
If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection, Sofia 1592, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, cpdp.bg.
Changes to this policy
If we change the way we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
