Guesthouse "Rai"
A house for 16 in the Elena Balkan. Cream, forest green and a serif: the site looks like the place. Enquiries arrive with dates, guest count and phone, straight to the owner.

Nothing here is a demo and nothing is made up. The sites are live with their clients; the two automations run under NDA, so for those we give the mechanics and the numbers, not the names.
01 / Live
Each one is designed for that particular business, from the colours to the layout. That is why they look nothing alike, and that is the point.

A construction firm with a heavy, honest look: white, solid red and a geometric grotesk. The site went live on efe04.bg and brought a referral for the next project.

A salon that looks expensive: near-black, gold and a high-contrast serif. Services and the appointment enquiry are one tap away on the phone, which is where the clients come from.

02 / Under NDA
Both started with the same first step: don't guess what's broken, trace exactly how far the process gets and where it actually breaks.
The company hires constantly. Before we stepped in, candidates were tracked in three places at once: interview notes sat in one tool, the candidate's stage was marked in another, and meetings were booked through a third, with emails going back and forth. Every move between them was manual, and some candidates simply disappeared between stages because no one had carried the information across in time. We built one connected system: interview notes are read automatically, the candidate moves through the stages on their own, meetings get booked without waiting on email. On top of that, agents source and reach out to candidates themselves and track who has replied.
Before
3 systemsManual carry-over after every interview. Candidates forgotten between stages.
After
1 flowZero manual entry. Every candidate is at the stage they're actually at.
The shop had spent two months trying to connect its Bulgarian payment provider to Shopify. The conversations between the two sides went nowhere, and every week without a working payment method is a week of lost orders. We reviewed exactly where the connection between the two systems was breaking and had a working integration running in two days. The same approach applies to every job: first understand where the real blockage is, then build precisely the bridge that's missing, no more, no less.
Before
2 monthsBack-and-forth between two sides, no working payment.
After
2 daysWorking payment in the shop, orders go through.
03 / Built in-house
We won't invent clients and numbers. What's below isn't under a non-disclosure agreement: you can look at it directly, because it's ours.
